During this time, all operations, including Client Services, will be fully shut down so our team can rest and recharge. We will resume normal business hours on Monday, August 17.
If clients have technical questions related to CDP or LCS during the closure, they may contact support.CDP@coachu.com. The support team in Ovida will be available to assist them. If you have any urgent matters or questions, please ensure they are addressed before Friday, August 7. Any inquiries received during the closure will be answered in the order they were received once we return.
