We are thrilled to integrate Coaching D-Partner into our core Coach U programs for all programs starting in 2025.
Coaching D-Partner is a valuable addition to our coach training program, designed to deepen your learning and enhance your development as a coach. All students who sign up for a Coach U core program will receive 10 hours of Coaching D-Partner.
Coaching D-Partner (CDP) powered by Ovida, is an innovative AI-powered tool designed to enhance coaching practices through objective feedback and reflective insights.
Coaching D-Partner empowers students in their coaching journey by integrating advanced technology to support growth as a coach, providing real-time insights, personalized feedback, and tools for reflection.
By providing real-time, objective feedback and insights into your coaching interactions, Coaching D-Partner empowers you to refine your skills in a way that traditional methods can’t achieve. It personalizes your learning journey, helping you identify strengths, enhancing your coaching competencies, and uncovering areas for growth in your one-on-one coaching sessions and maximizing your leadership impact.
Using CDP allows you to record your coach/client sessions, and you’ll receive immediate personalized and private feedback, aligned with the coaching core competencies.
