• Courses are delivered virtually via Zoom with live instructors and students

• Intensives generally run Monday through Saturday for the 6-days
• Participants gain access to elective courses as well, to deepen their knowledge on a particular topic.
• Courses are delivered in English for this program. 

• Professional Essentials (PE) Intensive includes a 6-day course plus pre- and post-event courses - including 2 coaching practicums & electives- totaling 72 hours to be completed within 6 months.
• The PE Intensive meets the theory (academic) and oral competency requirements for the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification through the International Coaching Federation.

  $5,995 USD "early bird" price if purchased at least 45 days before program start
• Discounts may be available for military personnel, or when two or more enrollments are purchased together for the same program.  Participants currently enrolled in the Core Essentials Program are also eligible for a discount on the Professional Essentials Program.
• Professional Essentials is Phase 2 of Coach U's Professional Coach Training Program.
  **For trained coaches who have completed Coach U's Phase 1 (Core Essentials) or who hold a minimum of 60 hours of core coaching skills, ICF approved, training.
• WITHDRAWAL/REFUND POLICY:  Student acknowledges and agrees they are responsible for the full payment of tuition before they commence the program. Tuition is non-refundable, even in the event of a student’s withdrawal. If the student must withdraw due to illness, schedule changes, life circumstances, etc., the student’s tuition may be applied to a future program within a 6-month period from the date of withdrawal. (Limited to one transfer).

There are two ways to qualify for the program.

• The first is to have completed Phase 1 - Core Essentials

• The second is to be an individual who has one of the below and may join Phase 2 - Professional Essentials [Transfer] program.
  • a minimum certification of ACC by the ICF or
  • who has completed an ACSTH or Level 1 training program or
  • completed 60 hours of coach specific training recognized by the ICF
• Transfer participants are required to verify their credentials, complete an entrance exam ($150 USD), and enjoy 2 additional courses prior to the program completion.

Professional Essentials provides 72 hours of training. You will receive a majority of those hours during the intensive days of the Intensive. However, there are also pre- and post-coursework completion requirements, including two practicums and a choice of electives. Thus, we give participants up to 6 months to complete the training requirements.

Once participants complete all requirements for PE graduation, you will be able to apply to receive your Coach U Certified Graduate, which is a stepping stone to the ICF’s Professional Certified Coach.

All the program materials are included in the price of your registration.  They are all offered virtually and offer over 1000 pages of coaching tools, skills and resources.
