The Coaching Clinic™: Strategic Skills for Managers and Leaders is a powerful two-day, immersive program designed to give you the tools, structure, and confidence to lead with a coach’s mindset and immediately apply what you learn to deliver stronger outcomes.

• The 2-day clinic is delivered virtually via Zoom with live instructors and students
• Clinics are generally held every 2-3 months and in different global time zones.
• Courses are generally delivered in English for this program. Additionally, we have Japanese, Chinese, and French offerings available for groups.

• Internal programs can be customized into different delivery modules
• CCE units can be pre-approved for participating ICF credentialed coaches

The Coaching Clinic™ isn’t another theory-heavy seminar it’s an action-focused training that blends expert facilitation, hands-on learning, and practical application. During the program, you’ll benefit from:

• Coaching Clinic: $1,495 USD (2-day) *includes program material
• WITHDRAWAL/REFUND POLICY:  The participant acknowledges and agrees they are responsible for the full payment of tuition before they commence the program. Tuition is non-refundable, even in the event of a student’s withdrawal. If the participant must withdraw due to illness, schedule changes, life circumstances, etc., the participant’s tuition may be applied to a future program within a 6-month period from the date of withdrawal. (Limited to one transfer).

While we list specific time zones for each program, we welcome anyone in other time zones if the time difference works for you...sometimes it can even be better for you depending on your schedule!

The Clinic is designed to have you put your newly acquired coaching skills into practice right away. You may find your coaching skills invaluable and wish to have more in your organization participate in a Clinic. We offer a licensing program - the Coaching Clinic Licensing Program - wherein participants train to lead their own clinics to their teams, clients, and other leaders. Alternatively, you may discover a desire to become a certified professional coach, and so some students eventually join our Professional Coach Training Program.

The 2-day Coaching Clinic is designed to give leaders on-the-job coaching skills they can put into practice immediately. The 4-day Coaching Clinic Licensing Program (CCLP) adds two more days to the Clinic for participants who want to become licensed to lead their own clinics. The extra 2 days involves facilitated teach-backs and a deeper dive into Clinic material. After completing the 4-day CCLP, participants are then licensed to run their own clinics within their organization and/or deliver to the public.
