This course is designed to prepare you for your first 3 to 24 months in establishing yourself as a coach. The course will lead you step-by-step through the items essential to the successful design of your coaching, introduce you to a new coachee intake process, and discuss the hallmarks of achieving ongoing coaching success.
This course is intended for coaches working as external coaches.
Number of class sessions: 4
Course Requirements: Attendance and participation in the class discussions are required. Also, any fieldwork that is required by the facilitator will need to be completed and turned in to receive credit for the course along with completion of the Coaching Services Packages as outlined.
