See Great Coaching in Action. Understand What Makes It Effective.
What distinguishes an effective coaching conversation? What does a skilled coach listen for, how do they respond, and what makes the difference between asking a question and asking the right question?
Join Coach U for a 90-minute live coaching demonstration that takes you beyond theory and into the practice of coaching.
Observe a real coaching conversation unfold, then explore the decisions, skills, and professional competencies that shape the interaction. Guided by experienced Coach U faculty and ICF credentialed coach, you’ll examine the coaching through the lens of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Competencies, gaining a deeper understanding of what effective coaching looks like in practice.
This is an opportunity to observe, reflect, ask questions, and sharpen your understanding of the craft of coaching.
What You’ll Experience
