Ms. Renée Robertson

MESSAGE FROM RENÉE:

“As a Coach U graduate, I developed a strong foundation in coaching, received several pertinent tools and resources and relationships that have lasted over my lifetime. Coach U was a trailblazer in coach training and a key catalyst for the coaching profession. Serving on the Board is an opportunity for me to give back to an organization that had given so much to me.”

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:

Renée is an experienced business leader with multi-sector and cross-function expertise. In each of her roles, she has strategically deployed coaching initiatives to achieve business impact and people results. Her business and coaching expertise led to becoming the founding Chief Staff Officer and Vice President for the International Coaching Federation’s new start-up business unit - Coaching in Organizations (CIO). More recently, she founded the Robertson Coaching Institute, a professional coaching services company. Lastly, Renée is an author and speaker. She enjoys writing and speaking about coaching, personal leadership, and other related topics.

COACHING EXPERIENCE AND AREAS OF EXPERTISE:

In addition to her corporate experience, Renée is a coaching in organizations (CIO) pioneer, introducing coaching as a new approach for companies to accelerate people and business outcomes. She went on to lead two organizations to win the International Coaching Federation’s Global Prism Award for excellence in organizational coaching. She enjoys coaching business leaders, owners, and professionals.
