Mr. Alex Haitoglou

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:

Alex Haitoglou, co-founder and CEO of Ovida, has created the world's first AI platform aimed at enhancing the fundamental soft skills of leadership and coaching. This platform supports leaders and coaches in their growth by providing AI-generated objective data, video reviews for self-reflection, and expert human mentoring. With a background in Business Economics and German, Alex worked with Procter & Gamble in global business roles and also led the Grow Coaching program. He later assumed executive positions at Walgreens Boots Alliance, before launching Ovida with Bryan Watson.

COACHING EXPERIENCE AND AREAS OF EXPERTISE:

Alex trained as a coach during his leadership career at P&G, and eventually led the Global Grow Coaching program for the company. This involved training thousands of employees in fundamental coaching skills, training leaders in leadership coaching skills, as well as training people to become internal executive coaches. For the past three years with his work at Ovida, Alex has been working with some of the world's best coaches and training organizations, focusing on AI-assisted mentorship, supervision and self-reflection for coaches and leaders across corporations, training schools and universities.

FIRST AFFILIATION WITH COACH U:

Alex and Coach U met at the 2023 ICF Converge Conference in Orlando, Florida, and began their partnership as Coach U develops new services that leverage digital technology and AI.
