This course is designed to support your success as an internal coach within your organization during the first 3 to 24 months of practice. The course will guide you step-by-step through strategies essential for building your presence, increasing visibility, and demonstrating the value of coaching inside a corporate environment. You’ll explore ways to position coaching as a strategic asset, learn how to partner effectively with key stakeholders, and develop systems to track, measure, and communicate your impact. While the focus is on internal coaching roles, many of the tools and insights shared will also be relevant to hybrid or cross-functional coaching positions.
Number of class sessions: 4
Course Requirements: Attendance and participation in the class discussions are required. Also, any fieldwork that is required by the facilitator will need to be completed and turned in to receive credit for the course along with completion of the Coaching Services Packages as outlined.
