4-week Course

This course will introduce you the PCSI and help you understand how to use it to connect better with others.

The PCSI is a self-assessment tool involving four personal coaching/communication styles. It provides insights into how these styles are uniquely expressed in yourself and in others. Awareness of these styles can then support leaders and coaches to flex their styles so they can better relate to a diverse range of colleagues and clients.
