Phase 2 Professional Essentials (PE) April 2026 NY

Professional Essentials Intensive

The Professional Essential Intensive is Phase 2 of the Professional Coach Training Program (PCTP). Attendance is required for all sessions to receive 72 hours of accredited coach training. The Professional Essentials program fulfills the coaching education requirement to apply for the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential with the ICF.

The live virtual program includes:

  • 2-hour Orientation meeting
  • Two 3-day Intensive programs (with homework in the evenings)
  • One 4-week Professional Communication Styles Inventory Course* (2 hours per week)
  • Two 8-week Advanced Coaching Skills Practicums (1 hour per week)
  • 8 hours of electives (self-scheduled after the 6-day Intensive)
    • You will choose from our list of asynchronous and live elective courses.
  • 10 hours Coaching D-Partner (3 hours of usage required for program completion)

Program materials will be available in the online Learning Center and your PCSI* materials will be shipped to you.

Two x 3-Day Intensive: 
  • Thursday through Saturday from 10am-7pm Eastern Time (New York)
    • April 23-25, 2026
    • April 30-May 2, 2026
Professional Communication Styles Inventory
  • Tuesdays from 3-5pm Eastern Time (New York)
    • May 5, 12, 19, 26, 2026

Advanced Coaching Skill Practicum I: 

  • Tuesdays from 6-7pm Eastern Time (New York)
    • June 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, July 7, 14, 21, 2026
Advanced Coaching Skill Practicum II: 
  • Tuesdays from 6-7pm Eastern Time (New York)
    • August 4, 11, 18, 25, September 1, 8, 15, 22, 2026

  • November 26, 2026

REFUND/WITHDRAWAL POLICY 

Participant acknowledges and agrees they are responsible for the full payment of tuition before they commence the program. Tuition is non-refundable, even in the event of a participant’s withdrawal. If the participant must withdraw due to illness, schedule changes, life circumstances, etc., the participant’s tuition may be applied to a future program within a 6-month period from the date of withdrawal. (Limited to one transfer).
