Join Us for an inspiring webinar featuring Tim Scully, Director of Workforce Development, and Hannah Lavin, Senior Workforce Development Consultant, at the Indiana Association for Home & Hospice Care (IAHHC).  Tim and Hannah will take us behind the scenes of the C.A.R.E. Connect Program, a groundbreaking initiative designed to tackle burnout and high turnover in home health and hospice care professionals.

Tim and Hannah will candidly share the pain points they faced within their organization and industry, the journey to create the C.A.R.E. Connect Program, and how they leveraged coach training to enhance the program’s impact and sustainability.

Get to know our guest speakers:

Tim Scully, Director of Workforce Development at the Indiana Association for Home & Hospice Care (IAHHC). Tim Scully has an extensive background in education, human resources, and workforce initiatives. He has served in teaching and advising roles at Universities, Intern Program Manager at a children’s museum, and Workforce Development Recruiter for a large hospital. Tim has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a Master’s Degree in Education from Indiana State University.

Hannah Lavin, Senior Workforce Development Consultant at the Indiana Association for Home & Hospice Care (IAHHC), and participant of Coach U's Core Essentials Program. Hannah has an extensive background in mental health, domestic violence, and case management in Indiana and California. Hannah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Purdue University and a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Arizona State University.
