Michelle is an experienced organizational development leader and executive coach with a 30-year background spanning healthcare, financial services, and global corporate environments. Michelle leads the Executive Coaching function at Ascension and is recognized for her ability to create psychological safety, deepen leadership self-awareness, and accelerate executive performance. She is establishing a strong coaching brand by partnering with enterprise-level stakeholders while navigating organizational complexities and creating new development opportunities for leaders. Michelle is passionate about helping leaders realize what’s possible for themselves and their teams.
Ploy is an accomplished professional with over a decade of experience in the data center industry, specializing in Cloud and AI. She currently serves as Site Acquisition Director at Microsoft, leveraging her expertise across finance, mergers and acquisitions, engineering, and technology. Ploy is a passionate leader who incorporates coaching skills into her daily work and has taken on internal coach roles for specific programs at Microsoft. A multilingual leader with global experience working in countries such as Japan and Singapore, Ploy is passionate about driving growth and empowering professionals. As an ICF-certified coach, she actively embodies the coaching mindset, advocates for diversity, mentoring, and career development. Ploy is volunteering her expertise to support emerging leaders and witnessing firsthand the transformative impact coaching has on those she supports and on her own career.
