Featured Coach: Ann Fogolin, MCC

Ann brings a direct, intuitive style to coaching, blending deep listening with keen insight and creative support. She coaches visionary leaders, executives, and mentors new and experienced coaches. A faculty member at multiple coach‑training schools, she is also an ICF assessor, mentor coach, coach supervisor and global assessor trainer. 

Ann contributed to updating the PCC markers and served on current ICF ACC and MCC BARS task forces. Ann’s mission is to empower clients and elevate the mastery of new and seasoned coaches alike.

Moderator: Philip Cohen, MCC

Philip is a Master Certified Coach and Mastermind Group Facilitator who works with business owners and leaders to create, grow, and sustain successful enterprises. His work focuses on surfacing assumptions, beliefs, and behaviors that influence results—while addressing blind spots and accelerating progress.
Philip began his coaching career in 1994, is a founding member of the ICF, and has served on Coach U faculty since 1996.
