Congratulations on getting so close to completing your program!
Let's review the required items you need to have finalized before applying for program completion:
- 6-day intensive webinar
- Establishing Yourself as a Coach course
- CE225 Group Mentor Coaching Practicum II
- CE315 Group Mentor Coaching Practicum III
- CE417 Individual Mentoring
- CE419 Bridging to Success (1-hour, Asynchronous)
Additionally, you should also have completed:
- All your course quizzes
- Have accumulated 20 client coaching hours (with a minimum of 3 different clients)
- And, have prepared your 30-minute coaching session audio recording & written transcript for your performance evaluation submission.

Do you have all of the above completed? If so, you are ready to apply for program completion.
To apply, complete and submit the Completion Application below:
What happens next? Once you submit the Completion Application, our Registrar will enroll you into the CE Completion and Verification course (not as much of a course, as it is a hub). Within this "hub" you will be asked to:
- Attest to your client coaching hours
- Agree to the ICF code of ethics
- Complete & pass your Final CE exam (online, 125 multiple choice/true & false questions). You must achieve an 80% or greater to pass.
- Submit your coaching session recording & transcript for your performance evaluation. The performance evaluation must be graded at or above the ICF Credential ACC. Files need to be submitted before your program completion date or an extension fee will apply.
