Occasionally, situations arise where you may need immediate support - for example, you are unable to connect to zoom, or no one is present in the classroom at the scheduled start time. If the faculty have not arrived, and it's time for class to begin, don't worry - you are not alone. Here's what you can do in these moments to get help quickly.

How to Navigate the Course Classroom

Everything you need to be successful in your program can be found in the Coach U Campus and the Learning Center.

• Coach U Campus: Your main student hub. If you are looking for information on program completion, mentor coaches, the Coach U Campus has it all!
• Learning Center: The Learning Center can be found within the Coach U Campus and is where you will find your dashboard of course information.
• Course Home: Provides an introduction and welcome to the course.
• Course Content: Provides learning objectives, materials and the daily learning schedule. In essence, it provides the complete overview/flow of your course.
• Start: Begins your course (or you can select Course Content in the left navigation to review a complete overview).
• Next: Moves you to the next module in sequential order.
• Continue: You can pick up where you left off.

Course Materials

Course materials are within your Phase 1 Core Essentials classroom and additional materials can be found in the Coaching Tools Book - Forms classroom and Phase 1 - Core Essential Additional Resources classroom.

Student Polices and Procedures
