The path to mastery in coaching is a balanced act between polishing our skills and deepening our own self-awareness. Everyday, our challenge is to find the equilibrium between form and flow. Episode 3 - Core Competencies

The ICF (International Coaching Federation) released an updated version of the Core Competencies in January 2020. As there were changes in language as well as how the competencies have been grouped, we were given the year to become familiar with the document. It is now the current version of the competencies as of January 2021. Understanding these competencies is key to the work we do as coaches; this episode is a general overview as we will delve into each one in more depth, in future episodes.
