CCLP Enrollment Policy

The Coaching Clinic Licensing Program consists of:
a) The 4 day in-person program: and
b) The optional, 1 hour follow up telecourse

The 4 day in person program and its inclusions, must be successfully completed in order to graduate and become a licensed facilitator of the Coaching Clinic and it’s derivates. Make sure you schedule in your calendar the dates and requirements.

Any missed portion of the in person program will result in non-graduation and your license will not be activated.

No-Shows/Late Arrivals 

If, for any reason, an enrolled participant a) does not show up for the In-person program session and has not previously cancelled or b) arrives after 9am local time on the first day of the program:

  • No show, without notice in writing: the participant will forfeit any funds paid and unable to transfer to another program
  • Late Arrival: the participant will not be allowed to attend remaining In-person program (will be asked to leave) and will need to reschedule to a future event.
  • The participant can re-enroll one time only into a future In-person program Coaching Clinic Licensing Program occurring within one year; and there will be a fee of $1,500 due when a future event is scheduled.
  • The participant will be responsible for any and all travel, accommodation and meal expenses incurred at all times.

Attendance Policy

Corporate Coach U has a strict attendance policy for in person and telecourse sessions. Missed time and/or courses will have to be rescheduled or made up and may include a processing fee. The Coaching Clinic Licensing Program is part of our Accredited Coach Training Program by the ICF, and Corporate Coach U adheres to the academic and attendance requirements for accreditation.

Withdrawal / Reschedule Policy

Since participation is limited and this is a face-to-face event, Corporate Coach U does not offer refunds for withdrawal. However, you may be eligible to reschedule to attend a future event.

14-Day Rescheduling  

If, for any reason, an enrolled participant cancels or reschedules 14 days or less prior to the start date of the Coaching Clinic Licensing Program, by notifying our Admissions Department in writing at Admissions@CoachU.com. Email must be received dated 14 days or less:

  • The participant’s enrollment into all aspects of the Coaching Clinic Licensing Program will be cancelled; 
  • The participant can re-enroll one time only into a future In-person Coaching Clinic Licensing Program, occurring within one year and there will be a fee of $500 collected at the time attendance at a future event is scheduled.
  • The participant will be responsible for any and all travel, accommodation and meal expenses incurred at all times.

15 Day Prior Rescheduling

If, for any reason, an enrolled participant reschedules 15 days or more prior to the start date of the Coaching Clinic Licensing Program, by notifying our Admissions Department in writing at Admissions@CoachU.com.  Email must be received dated 15 days or more:

  • The participant can re-enroll one time only into a future In-person Coaching Clinic Licensing Program, occurring within one year and there will be a fee of $250 collected at the time attendance at a future event is scheduled.
  • The participant will be responsible for any and all travel, accommodation and meal expenses incurred at all times.

Payment Details

In Person events must be paid in full at least two weeks prior to program commencement date.

Corporate Coach U is also happy to offer a variety of payment plan options. Please contact Admissions to discuss additional possibilities.

Tuition Inclusions

Tuition for the Coaching Clinic Licensing Program includes:

  • pre-work documents
  • Participant Guidebook
  • Facilitator’s Outline
  • PCSI booklet
  • handouts and proprietary coaching model cards
  • An optional follow-up Q&A TeleCourse session is included, along with our Version 6 Coaching Clinic Licensed Facilitators (CCLF) only site.
  • During the event, some food and beverages are included.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If 8 or fewer participants enroll, Corporate Coach U reserves the right to cancel the program. Should this occur, tuition will be refunded. Corporate Coach U is not responsible for airline, hotel and related costs that may be incurred by you due to cancellation of an in person training program. Corporate Coach U will make every effort to notify participants about cancellation 30 days prior to the in person portion program commencing.

Confidentiality and Recording

In order to ensure a rewarding learning experience, it is essential that students maintain the confidentiality of all participants. There will be the opportunity to learn about one another, personally and professionally. The ability to share life and work experience comes from a place of trust that all discussion during the training, in person and by telecourse, is confidential. Confidentiality is a key component to the professional coaching relationship, and it is key to the creation of a positive training environment. Recording of training sessions, in person or telecourse, is prohibited. Photographing of charts and posted notes during the face-to-face training is permitted and encouraged. Laptops, tablets and mobile devices are prohibited during training sessions; may be used, of course, before and/or after the program.
